Mr. Francis D. McGrath is Chairman and CEO of Color Broadband Inc. Mr. McGrath has run the communications firm since its inception in August 2002. Prior to co-founding the Company, Mr. McGrath founded Aspen Electronics Inc. in August 1996 and served as its Chairman of the Board until it was acquired in 2002 by the publicly traded Vitec company based out of London. Under his leadership, Aspen Electronics, Inc. is a world-wide leading manufacturer of power systems, battery systems and production electronics for the television broadcasting industry.
Mr. McGrath is a resident of Long Beach, CA and runs day to day operations of the 5-year-old telecommunications firm with 25-employees. Mr. McGrath also serves on the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce of Long Beach and sits on the Board of Long Beach Inc., Long Beach's strategic marketing group. Mr. McGrath is a graduate of San Diego State University School of Finance.
Sean H. LeMons

Sean H. LeMons is a Co-Founder and has been our Chief Technology Officer, Secretary and a member of our Board of Directors since our inception in August 2002. Prior to co-founding the Company, Mr. LeMons co-founded Pacificlink, dba Global Pacific Internet, which changed its name to Worldwide Wireless Internet. He served as its Executive Vice President, Director of Networks Operations and a member of its Board of Directors from June 1996 to May 2001. Worldwide Wireless Networks, Inc. was one of the first major regional wireless Internet service providers and went public and was listed on NASDAQ. Under his direction, it developed one of the country's first wireless fiber rings and became a fully redundant wireless network at speeds at up to 155 Mbps.
Dale Hachiya

Dale Hachiya is a Co-Founder and a member of our Board of Directors since our inception in August 2002. Mr. Hachiya along with Mr. McGrath, was a Co-Founder of Aspen Electronics, Inc. in August 1996 and served as its Chief Financial Officer and member of its Board of Directors from 1996 to 2002 when it was sold. From 1982-1996, Mr. Hachiya was President, owner and operator of Action First, a Southern California based construction contractor.
Scheron Briones
Chief Operations Officer
Scheron Briones has been our Chief Operations Officer since January 5, 2004. In that capacity, he has been responsible for operations in support related to our three lines of business including wireless broadband access, integrated networking services, Color Broadband's backbone customer connectivity networking infrastructure, ISP services, VoIP, writing policies and Internet communications. He brings more than 17 years of information technology experience including technical sales, solutions architecture and customer support in the areas of LAN/WAN/ broadband, Internet technologies, data center co-location and disaster recovery. Prior to joining the Company, he was Director of Network Technology for Exodus Communication's Western Region where he was responsible for building the Southern California System Engineering Team, which provided technical sales support to more than 30 sales representatives. His responsibilities expand 14 data centers recording more than 80 sales representatives, engineers and professional service resources. Prior to that he spent more than 7 years as a Senior Systems Engineer for Cisco Systems and Cabletron Systems and he began his technical career as an IBM mainframe analyst for Rockwell International.
Jim Spear
Chief Financial Officer
James H. Spear joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer in October 2006. He has been a partner since 1997 with Markwood Capital where he consulted with the firm's clients as an interim Chief Financial Officer and/or general corporate financial advisor. These clients included Bidz, Inc., ETeam, Inc., EMSOURCE, LLC and Lovaas Institute for Early Intervention, LLC. Prior to joining Markwood he served as CFO of Esmark, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Danskin, Inc. which was acquired from Beatrice Foods (1986 to 1989); SPI Glass Corporation, a glass fabrication subsidiary of Ford Motor Company acquired in a buyout; and an electronics distribution business, CSD Consumer Electronics, Inc. He has served on the boards of both public and private companies. Mr. Spear began his career as an auditor with Touche Ross in Chicago ; served as senior audit manager with Montgomery Ward under Mobil's ownership; Vice President - Business Analysis of a specialized lending unit of First National Bank of Chicago. He is a CPA and in 1976 received an MBA in accounting and finance from the University of Chicago.
Karl Douthit
Carrier Operations Engineer
Karl Douthit joined Color Broadband Inc. in 2004 and is currently the lead development engineer for the VoIP division of Color Broadband Communications. While at Color Broadband Mr. Douthit has been instrumental the development and deployment of our
VoIP division servicing the emerging Voice over IP industry. Mr. Douthit handles research, vendor selection, deployment and management of all products and services for both our Retail VoIP and Wholesale international voice termination. In the course of his duties Mr. Douthit interfaces directly with key venders such as Cisco, Nextone, Foundry, Lignup and other key development players in support of the Color Broadband VoIP Network.
Mr. Douthit's prior work experience included NewPhase/E-Sat a technology/communications provider for the educational industry including distance learning organizations. At E-Sat, Mr. Douthit specialized in integrating satellite systems to provide internet and phone service to remote regions of the globe. During his tenure as lead engineer at E-Sat, Mr. Douthit's teams installed communication systems throughout North America, China, and Mongolia. While at E-Sat, Mr. Douthit developed a specialized multicasting caching system to enhance high speed network communications over a satellite network.
Arnel Martinez
Carrier Business Manager
As Manager for Carrier Business Division, Mr. Martinez is responsible for carrier relations, business development, strategic sales and marketing initiatives for the company. He joined the team in January 2005.
With over 15 years of telecom experience, Mr. Martinez previously served as Senior Manager of International Carrier Relations for Philippine Long Distance Telephone (PLDT) Company, where he managed top revenue streams, facilitated growth of international voice traffic and strengthened relations with major carriers in the U.S., Europe, Middle East and Africa. He began his career as an engineer in PLDT's Submarine Cable Division where he represented the company in various submarine cable consortium meetings.
Mr. Martinez has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Mapua Institute of Technology in Manila, Philippines. He also pursued graduate studies in business from the Ateneo de Manila Graduate School of Business.
